BC Farm to School Salad Bar Guide

PHABC is developing a BC Farm to School Salad Bar Guide. This “how to” resource will be of interest to schools, farms, and aboriginal communities. It shall include the models and tools we develop right here in BC. Be sure to post your local food sources, local food guides, seasonal menus, traditional foods and recipes in the school forum! Your recipe for dried huckleberries, or baked bannock may appear in the guide.
